The payment plan for the Starlake Urban Development project is divided into 7 stages, offering several benefits and flexibility to potential investors. Here are the details of the payment plan:
- Booking Contract: 200,000,000 VND
- Payment 1 (Signing the Sales Contract): 10% (including the booking fee)
- Payment 2: 10% of the apartment’s total value (ATV)
- Payment 3: 10% ATV
- Payment 4: 10% ATV
- Payment 5: 10% ATV
- Payment 6: 45% ATV
- Payment 7 (Upon Receiving the Land Use Rights Certificate): 5%
This payment plan provides flexibility to customers with evenly distributed payment installments throughout the construction process. Particularly, the 45% payment after project completion provides peace of mind to investors, along with the final payment upon receiving the Land Ownership Certificate.
Progress
The Starlake Urban Development project has been completed and handed over in November 2020.
